Everyone claims:that place is too far!’ Too far? Far from where, if one may ask? If we indeed open our minds and accepted the reality of the fact that Kampala Metropolitan is expanding, then we would all see our aspiration of owning a home become a reality.

Our Services

Buy and Sell Land

Land owners who wish to sell their land may have difficulties in finding the right buyers and this may hinder them from solving an urgent financial need. Over the years Upland Sites has been at the forefront of buying land from their owners. We help people seeking to buy reputable land by selling land with valid titles to them. With Upland Sites, buyers have the opportunity to inspect and pay for land by following official channels of financial transaction.

Transfer Land Titles

We help land owners transfer documents of deeds from one individual to another using proper means to prevent fraudulent land transactions that may result into damages. We are a registered real estate company with proven track record of transferring land titles.

Our Sites

All our sites are specially chosen after grueling and painstaking background research and feasibility studies. Guided by the background checks, feasibility studies and available government of Uganda masterplans, we can ably project the future developments of each of our sites.

Consequently, all our sites are situated in developing neighborhoods with available social services and amenities such as electricity and water, transport network (that is, close to the main road) and health care facilities.

OUR STORY

Our Inspiration

Every Ugandan adult aspires to own their own home. A place of abode that they can call their own. A homely sanctuary where their dreams can come to life. A place where they can raise a family, have a little home garden, keep their favorite pets, and proudly host their relatives and friends for parties and other occasions. A place where the landlord will not come knocking every month.

Yet, for many of us, that aspiration of owning a home is just that – a pipe dream.

But Why? Why Do We Think it’s not Possible?

Because many think they cannot afford to buy land in the so-called prime areas of Kampala. While the Kampala Metropolitan Area continues to expand, with a better and more interconnected transport system, and other services such as water, electricity, school, healthcare, entertainment, and leisure more readily available, unfortunately for many, our minds and attitudes are not expanding as fast to embrace the new possibilities.

Everyone claims: ‘that place is too far!’ Too far? Far from where, if one may ask? If we indeed open our minds and accepted the reality of the fact that Kampala Metropolitan is expanding, then we would all see our aspiration of owning a home become a reality.
